- Experience working in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, corporate wellness, post PT, commercial gym and private studio settings
- Other experience in coaching strength training programs, running/race coaching, and programs focusing on increasing mobility and quality of life

AS A COACH
As a trainer, it has always been extremely important to me to put the needs and wants of my clients at the forefront of my programming. I always strive to give my clients the best experience possible each and every session.
I try to mold and adapt workouts based on how the exercise feels and how the person is feeling on that specific day. That helps each session to remain safe and keep clients feeling like they have accomplished something every time we meet!
No matter what your goal is, I would love to work together toward improving your fitness, increasing your self-efficacy, and becoming a healthier, happier version of you!
